Where do you get your barrels from?
We purchase our barrels from all over the states and do our best to quality check all containers that come in to the facility.
What comes in the barrels?
Houston barrels normally tries to keep an inventory of predominately food grade containers and when other containers are purchased it is made evidently clear to customers what came in them and that they are not for anything involving human, animal, nor plant consumption.
Why are certain barrels priced differently than others?
Barrels are priced based upon cost, supply, demand, and market value.
What are your weekend hours?
We are closed on the Weekends
Are all of the containers you have for sale listed on your website?
The items on my website are the items most commonly found in stock. We don't list items that are purchased infrequently or inconsistently.
Do you deliver?
Yes, the Minimum Subtotal for any delivery is $300. The Delivery Charge is $3.00/mile with a minimum charge of $75.00 for any delivery. The Maximum delivery range is the 50 mile radius from the 77002 zip code of Downtown Houston.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for any barrels in good condition that aren't accepted upon delivery.
Discounts do not apply to deliveries.

Discounts do not apply to any orders being delivered. Discounted containers must be picked up.
Can I use the barrels for Drinking water?
Legally, no one is allowed to sell used drums for drinking water. It’s not recommended due to the not so small chance that any/all particulates are not completely cleaned from a used food drum and that some mold or bacteria may form due to such. Just to be fair, it’s also unlikely and ill-advised for us to follow you home and tell you what we think you should do with whatever you spend your money on.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and CashApp are all accepted forms of payment. We No Longer Accept Cash As Payment.
All Products are Subject to Tax.
Can I pay online?
Yes, In order for Houston Barrels to invoice you we'll need you to email your full name (or billable business name), best number for contact, Billing address on the card you’ll be using to pay, and Most Importantly your (most frequently checked) Email Address. Please DO NOT send any CC info over the phone or via email.
We can also send secure payment links directly to a mobile phone.
After receiving the information requested above, we’ll email you a secure link through www.Squareup.com invoicing, which you can use to pay while keeping your info secure.
Do you accept returns or Exchanges?
Once a container leaves Houston Barrels, we can no longer guarantee it is Food Grade. That being the case, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS NOR EXCHANGES.
